Welcome aboard an upredictable journey for 2 first time parents, Henry and Angie Torres, and the blessing bestowed upon them... 3 times over.  We created this site to keep family and friends informed and to share something very special in our lives.

We were married on June 3rd, 2000.  After some help from science and God of course we became pregnant on Feburary 13th.   Using the invetro method we implanted 4 eggs and a couple of weeks later we were blessed with the news that it looked like twins were coming.  That lasted through the 1st trimester.

Well right after the 12th week.. SURPRISE.  We had a stowaway on board and now 3 was the magic number.  1 week later Henry was in the hospital. But that story is funnier told then read.

05/09 Entering the 2nd trimester is great.  The nausea is not as frequent but man can she sleep!  We were excited to find out that the delivery should be at Long Beach Memorial where Angie was born.

6/03 - Celebrated our 2nd anniversary with good news from the Dr.  Everything is looking good.  At 18 weeks we found out one is a boy and one is a girl.  The 3rd one is shy.  Fatigue is Angie's constant companion but we made time to visit the San Juan Mission for some divine inspiration.

8/21 - Angie got Shingles.  4 day hospital stay.  This really stinks and being pregnant only makes it HORRIBLE!

8/31 -NURSERY PICTURES!  Started working on it now that the Shingles seem to be subsiding.  Babys are doing good so we are more confident in starting to put things together.

9/10 - While watching the movie HIGH CRIMES Angie mentioned that her belly was getting tight.. then releasing about 5 minutes apart.  After a mad scramble We (including Angie's mom) piled into the mini van off to the hospital.  We were notified by the Dr. on call  that we were indeed in labor at 2 cm. dialated 32 weeks into the pregnancy.  After 48 hrs of Magnesium hell, contractions have subsided and Angie was informed she would stay in the hospital until the Triplets were born.

9/12 - On Henry's birthday the Triplets were weighed by ultrasound and the current heavyweight is Jesse  at 4.4 lbs followed by Cassandra, 4.3, and little Gabriela at 4 lbs even.  They are strong and everything looks good at this point.

9/25 - BIRTH DAY!  Cassandra 1:01 pm 4.8 lbs, Jesse 1:03pm 5.6 llbs, Gabriella 1:06 pm 4.6 lbs.  yeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaa!
